OUR PROCESS
1. We begin the engagement with an in-depth meeting with the client. During this critical first meeting we want to understand the corporate culture and identify the desired skill-sets, experience and work-style needed to find the “needle in the haystack” candidate – identifying an exact match who will be successful in their day-to-day role and will fit the culture and thrive. We view our relationship with our client as life-long and take great pride in making the perfect match.
2. After our on-site visit we will help to define the open position and aid in the development of an accurate job description that will represent the client and open position to the marketplace, in a magnetic way that will ignite the interest of passive candidates content in their current positions as well as active job seekers. In retained search the talent pool is 100% – everyone is considered to find the best match.
3. Quality is our priority. Upon engagement, we go to the market and leverage our extensive network that has been built over a cumulative 50+ years. We personally recruit, attract and selectively screen candidates to provide you with a select group of 4-6 quality candidates. All candidates are carefully vetted, starting with an in-person interview and extensive reference checking, both official and unofficial using our business network, to provide a true 360-degree view of each candidate.
4. After candidates have been identified, we will coordinate client interviews and provide a continuous feedback to the client during each step in the process. We will work with our client to develop a compelling compensation package and extend the verbal and written offer to the finalist candidate.
FEE & GUARANTEE POLICY
Our fee is 25% of the first year’s cash compensation, including base salary and bonus. The billing schedule for the search fee is one-third (1/3) due at the start, one-third upon scheduling of interviews and the last third (3/3) upon offer and acceptance. All payments are due within 10 days of the milestone. With on-time payments, a guarantee period of 90 days from start date will be granted. This guarantee would provide a free replacement candidate if the originally chosen candidate is underperforming or vacates the position of their own accord.
